Clientless Users issues

Hi,

This is the second time that I have to delete and create clientless users to get them working again. Changing status to active / inactive and then active did not work for me. The first time this occured I was on version 17.1.3 and it occured again today after updatingto 17.5.0.

Any experiences with this issue?
