Bandbreite Download / Upload

Hallo,

wir haben eine SG310 (9.510-5) an einer 600/60 Mbits Unitymedia Leitung angeschlossen. Trotzdem zeigen mir Speedtests aus dem Internet (z.B. speedtest.net, wieistmeineip.de/speedtest/) nur eine Bandbreite von 60/20 an.

Kann ich irgendwo einsehen, ob/warum die UTM die Bandbreite drosselt?

    Hi Hippo,

    Are you using the proxy?

    is there any SPI (stateful packet inspection)?

    it all depends on the rules and what is enabled and being used on the UTM.

    are you able to elaborate further?

    Also Please note these website do tend to skew the download rates, at time it states that my 40/2 connection is able to d/l 1Gb/s, I would always try to perform a download from 2 locations using different protocols (http & ftp) and then get another program to measure the download on the system I am using.

    Curious enough to take it apart, skilled enough to put it back together, Clever enough to hide the extra parts when I'm Done!

    Grundsätzlich funktionieren mit eingeschalteter Web Protedtion nur die Speedtest von Ookla richtig, aber die wenigsten Server können solche Geschwindigkeiten verarbeiten.
    Das heißt bei meiner Leitung mit 50/20 kommen schon nicht mehr alle Server mit.
    Die zeigen auch oft nur 30/15 an und dann wähle ich einen anderen Server und bin auf voller Geschwindigkeit.

    Do you see any errors if you run ifconfig on the Internal and External NICs?

    Ich habe jetzt nochmal die hinter der UTM liegende Hardware getestet und festgestellt, dass ein HP Switch nicht 100% funktionierte. Nach einem Austausch des Switches ist alles OK.
