Windows 10 SSL VPN Authentication Failure

I currently have the SSL VPN Remote Access setup using local authentication. My iphone can connect just fine using the local account i created. However when i try my windows 10 laptop it tries to login but either i get Auth_Fail or nothing at and the vpn connection resets. Im not quite sure where to look for more information. I have tried adding a new firewall rule to open up the port and have tired changing the password as well as uninstalling and reinstalling the openvpn client.

You could check the logs on the appliance at the same time.

Should not be related to firewall policies. Instead some kind of miss configuration on SSL VPN or client itself.

I have tired combing through the logs both on the windows client and server as well as the iphone as well. I dont see any immediate errors on the server logs and I all get on the windows client is

Connection reset, restarting [-1]
SIGUSR1[soft,connection-reset] received, process restarting
MANAGEMENT: >STATE:1542658445,RECONNECTING,connection-reset,,,,,

Is there something i should be looking at i cant imagine the configuration files being different but in sure at this point.

I dont have a sonicwall firewall so this is of no use to me thanks anyways for the info.
