Is there anything that alters static routes?

We have setup a Sophos XG 135 with a CDK network.  We have a static route going to their Cisco routers for all DMS traffic.

Is there any kind of module or something that alters the way the static route performs?

I ask because now we are having issues with CDK DMS locking up and kicking people out of deals. CDK thinks it's our equipment but I have a lan to lan any any firewall rule in place to allow traffic. I'm at a loss.
