VPN Site to Site and NAT POLICY

I have already configured a vpn that is correctly linked they ask me to perform a NAT between the ip address 10.255.146.0/24 to the ip address 192.168.0.0/24.

That is, when they ping the 10.255.146.0 network, they are redirected to the 192.168.0.0 network.

I already have the configuration done but it is not possible to establish connection to the 192.168.0.0/24 network.

or maybe it's wrong to connect?
