Unknown SNMP Trap

We are receiving the following SNMP trap from our XG210 every 2 minutes. We have the XG MIB loaded into our SNMP system, but apparently this isn't in the database. Anyone have an idea as to what this might be? Our best guest is that it's just the notification that a new Firmware version is available.

Both the Category and Source are Unknown.
