Static Route Firewall Headache

I had another thread open for this on setting up the static route. I got that bit working, but now I'm stuck at the firewall

Main Office Subnet 192.168.46.0/24

Remote Office Subnet 192.168.49.0/24

I have a Sophos XG135 at either end as the default gateway, then an ISP managed WAN which is linking the sites.

From either network, I can connect to and ping both the ISP managed gateway and the Sophos, but I can't get past it on either side.

When I check logs, it's being blocked by Rule 0, so I understand this to mean that no allow rule exists

On both ends, I've created two allow rules:
Any Zone - Main Office - Any Service      to      Any Zone - Remote Office - Any Service
and the inverse
Any Zone - Remote Office - Any Service      to      Any Zone -Main Office - Any Service

Nothing is getting past the sophos, still being blocked on rule 0.

Any help please? This is pretty urgent, and support appears to be offline
