How to change Login to NT-Style or UPN in UserPortal?

User Portal is using the convention of the configured Authentication Server in Authentication services. 

For example you have two server. server 1 with test.com as domain, server 2 with abc.com. 

So basically you log in with test + Password and XG is trying test@test.com for server 1, test@abc.com for server b.

Thanks for the quick reply, but i don´t understand. Where do i set how the user needs to authenticate itself on the userportal? I have 4 DCs configured with STAS Suite, where can i change the logon style?

The NETBIOS and FQDN Names are listed under monitored Domains in STAS on all servers.

OK, i´ve tried it again. I got to admin, the UPN-Logon method works without problems, but how do i log in via NETBIOS-Domain Name (or NT-STYLE Logon)? That doens´t work for me.

So - You have 4 AD Server in Authentication Services, correct? 

XG will try to use the UPN for every logon without the Domain needed at all. 

Never had the requirement to get NT-Style Logon working. Do you have the requirement in your network? Is there any limitation? Most of the time UPN is totally fine for my customers.

no it´s not exactly a requirement but more convenient for the users because they are used to logon NT-Style. Sadly there is a bad internal name (it´s an external domain name) for the whole domain which irritates the users (not me), that´s making it more complex to choose the correct login.

But finally i think we can live with the fact that there is no NT-Style logon supported.

Just to be clear. 

The user has only to use his username. 

XG will take care of the UPN. 

Yes, i know that. But my users find that behavior rather strange :-D
