What if "Quarantine unscannable content" disabled

When I disable this "Quarantine unscannable content", what does this mean? Will be the mail blocked/declined?

I understand if I activate the option "Quarantine unscannable content" that the message will be put into quarantine. But what does the XG do with the unscannable attachement without this option?

It is not clearly mentioned.

As Far As I Know, it will simply be delivered. You can verify by sending

a password protected .rar attachement

a chunk of a split rar file

a password protected office file.
