Sophos Connect - Missing Clients

Has anyone found the clients for Sophos Connect missing? When I download them it says to check the patch updates, which appear to be working, however the Sophos Connect Clients bit is empty.

The Sophos Connect client is available under VPN->Sophos Connect Client tab in webadmin - you should see a download button. Click that and it will download the Windows and Mac Clients and a Windows only admin tool.

Hi Stuart,

Thanks for the reply. However it is only available to download from there once the XG has downloaded it on the pattern screen I provided the screen shot of. i.e. The XG appliance need to download the clients from Sophos before you can download them from the appliance.

Otherwise you instead get:

Requested file could not be provided. Make sure Pattern Updates are working correctly.
You can find it under 'Backup & Firmware' -> 'Pattern Updates'

Ah, I understand now. My XG is showing clients downloaded.

Let me ask internally.
