captive portal not enforce/apply to latest google chrome browser and Android OS.

please i am still having a serious issue as regards enforcing captive portal to all devices. i realize that users or device with the latest google chrome and android devices can surf the internet automatically without log in. but on Firefox and other web browser, captive portal will be displayed. if you try to add the certificate through "172.16.16.16:8090/httpclient.html" on the google chrome or android OS device, it will add the certificate. after then no captive portal is displayed to all unauthenticated users. i actually recommended XG firewall instead of Antamedia hotspot. if antamedia can forward all unauthenticated user/devices/browser to captive portal, why will it be difficult for sophos XG firewall to work same way. i have followed all recommendation to block QUIC. from firewall or application filter but nothing seems to work. hence my configuration is correct. please is anybody out there to help urgently on what to do so as to enforce captive portal to any unauthenticated user

i very sure Antamedia is not as effective as XG firewall. now that we have the setup and all, i look foolish in the presence of management that its not effective and that is very embarrassing.
