Is it possible to change the time zone, when HA is enabled?

Hello,

Our Firewall XG135 does not come online in the Sophos Firewall Manager.

The time of the Firewall and the Firewall Manager does not match.

So we have to correct the time in the XG135.

We detectet, that the timezone is incorrect. Sophos said "To change the time zone, you need to disable HA if configured"

We have a HA configured.....

Is there still a way to change the time zone? Maybe via CLI?

Hi,

Would suggest to simply disable Ha and change the time on both.

Referring to this KBA: https://community.sophos.com/kb/en-us/125612

Only the Active appliance requires subscriptions and SF-OS will ensure that the Passive appliance has a copy of those subscriptions, so it can take on processing if the Active appliance fails.
It is therefore vital that the subscriptions are activated on the intended Active appliance and one has to ensure that HA is enabled only from the appliance which has a valid subscription.

Thank you for the answer!

Unfortunately, the firewall is installed in a location far away.

Because of that, I asked if it might be possible to change in an existing HA

So you cannot access the LAN Interface of Aux right now? Even not via some kind of VPN technology?
