How to guarantee bandwidth on Kodi device

Hi. I got an IPTV Streaming service, and used it on my Kodi device. I can from Live users/ or live connections the host IP address, and it shows XBMC as the app that is running. I went to system settings, and created a Traffic shaping rule that says Guarantee 3000 Kbps. I went to Applications, and looked under streaming apps, XBMC, and selected the Traffic Shaping Rule I just created, but as soon us Usenet NNTP downloads, all bandwidth goes to usenet, and the streaming stops.

1. Shall I define the host?

2. Shall I create a firewall rule for this?

Hello

You should always define a host which has a static address

And you will need a firewall rule to apply the traffic shaping.

If I need to define a host, wouldn't that defeat the purpose of Sophos XG being able to identify the app that was streaming is XBMC? Since it recognized XBMC, and I went into applications, and set under streaming, XBMC- the traffic shaping rule I created (guaranteed), what then is the definition of host for?

Or is it because a firewall rule needs to be created, so the host needs to be defined?
