New to Sophos XG

I have my XG setup with default settings. I have my cable modem hard wired to my SOPHOS XG.  The XG goes directly to a switch.  I cannot send icloud emails.  I can receive them.

 

Please see screen shot.

 

Would be grateful for any help you can provide!
