I have 2 PC on the network cannot be accessed on the Internet , what is the problem ?

Dear all 

 

I have 2 PC on the network cannot be accessed to the Internet , and i try the following: 

1- try to no choice the decrypt HTTPS

2- try to don`t make any policy 

3- try to don`t make any filter 

4- try to don`t make any traffic shipping

5-  try to delete the ip from arp table on sophos firewall and create from begin 

6- try to make a new ip 

 

* the attachment was snapped  from log viewer and i cant understand whats is the problem 

* ip is 192.168.5.44

  • The screenshots you attached are only some blocked NETBIOS Broadcasts - they usually don't have anything to do with your problem.

    Is the firewall rule that allows those two clients to access the internet on top of your ruleset?

    Do these two clients have the correct gateway ip?

  • yeah pls send screenshots of your firewall rules, have you got the Re Write enabled on the rules with MASQ as the option??  I knew someone that missed that one time.

    Did you go through the setup wizard when you installed XG?? if you followed it all the way to the end you should have had a working firewall rule?

    Also does you WAN interface have a connection, check in WAN link manager and make sure you have a green icon.
