Correct, XG doesn't support UTM Endpoint Management. If you replace them with Sophos Home, Sophos Cloud managed endpoints https://www.sophos.com/home then remember to disable tamper protection first to ensure an easy upgrade to the Sophos Cloud Endpoint product.

Well, that completely sucks. Guess I'm going back to UTM now. This along change along with others basically means that I have to rebuild my entire home network, laptop protection and AV and everything if I stay with XG. I don't get paid for that I have a great many better things to do than spends days fighting with a new product that doesn't do what the old one did (and that I came to rely on).
