Sophos iView v1 customers having a paid-for iView license (1TB or higher) and a valid support contract can contact Sophos Customer Care to request for an equivalent Sophos iView v2 license. You can deploy iView v2 (virtual or software appliance) in addition to the existing iView v1 deployment.

Certainly the information regarding the availability of a v2 license to those with paid-for v1 licenses and support contracts is valuable - and I am open to the idea of additionally marking it when/if the original questions are answered.
If you have a valid support contract for iView v1 you can approach Sophos to request an equivalent iView v2 license. What you referenced from the release notes has been removed.
