No internet connection. Check your internet connection as described in the product documentation.

I have below information when trying to register/activate the serial number:

"No internet connection. Check your internet connection as described in the product documentation."

While interface B has either static or DHCP assigned IP, and I can ping 8.8.8.8 from the console of the XG - so there is internet connection.

  • No, I am unable to ping google.com.
    The DHCP server is working correctly as all other systems in the lab have no issues with getting DNS etc from it.

    In Basic Network settings, when i choose
    IP Assignment as DHCP
    And
    DNS as Static and provide IP of the DNS,

    I am unable to save Changes:
    "Device basic setup settings could not be updated."
