No internet connection. Check your internet connection as described in the product documentation.

I have below information when trying to register/activate the serial number:

"No internet connection. Check your internet connection as described in the product documentation."

While interface B has either static or DHCP assigned IP, and I can ping 8.8.8.8 from the console of the XG - so there is internet connection.

  • I still got the same issue. I configured my device with static IP-adress but i allways get the same message: No internet connection.

    The strange thing is, that the activation process worked in the past but with my new device it dont work. I suspect there is something wrong with my home licence key?

    Please help
