Thanks ping worked from LAN to LAN2 and http. But for the VPN ping works but http doesn't. The VPN range is a different subnet 192.168.3.0/24

You will need to add another route for the 192.168.3.0/24 network as well on your router.

Yes I added this, ping works but only http from VPN to the servers on LAN2 doesnt connect. Connection refused. Also telnet is not working.

Add a firewall rule on Sophos to allow the networks to connect to each other.
