app store for apple dose not work on iphone mobile

Hello, 

 

i`m working on sophos xg and after configure app store for apple dose not work on iphone mobile.

any one have a suggest or solution for this problem ?

    Hi Sherif,

    the only way I have been able to get access to the App store is by setting up a firewall rule for iPad and iPhones that does not use https scanning. I have tried a number of exception and they all fail. I have tried to identify what actually fails but cannot find a port or website.

    Also I have not been able to get the App store to work on the MACs after 12.x.x upgrade without opening a special rule once or twice a week.

    Do you have web-cache enabled?  If so disable it as that has worked for me.

    thank you for the suggestion, but web cache is disabled and has been for awhile.
