Access the User Portal - Login failed

Hi All,

I've some problem to access the user portal, where if I create user authentication under Users, the username & password failed to log in, but if I create under Guest Users, the username & password can log in. Can anyone help me?

Firmware version SFOS 17.1.3 MR-3
