iMessage slow images

Hi,

 

This has been bugging me for weeks and I've tried quite a few different things, such as disabling web-filtering for HTTPS, pharming protection and even creating an ANY - ANY rule that it's just bare bones, and still the images over iMessage take ages to appear.

 

Anybody had this problem and managed to find a fix?

    Sorry to hear about this inconvenience.

    For investigation and troubleshooting, did you verify via a packet capture that your device was using the configured firewall rule?

    That would be very strange if a simple LAN-WAN firewall rule without any App/Web Control or scanning was still causing issues.

    If possible, enable your support access tunnel and PM me with your ID for further investigation.
