VPN Failover Group not Work - XG115 (SFOS 17.1.3 MR-3)

We have a Failover group with 2 different ISP links. My problem is that a link is Down the failover Group not switch to other link.

In a side I have Sophos UTM and other side a Sophos XG. Follow prints my setup. Have any issue at configuration?

Hi !

Same problem with two XG on same Firmware version 17.1.3 MR-3.

Anybody from Sophos support team can confirm that is a bug ?

First of all.

Here is mine for XG to UTM.

Second question:

Who has 2 MPLS?

Can you shortly print your network plan?

And did you try to use V17.5?

Hi,

In my network plan, we have 2 XG connected with Ipsec VPN(HeadOffice / BranchOffice).

On HeadOffice : 1 Fiber Internet Access

On BranchOffice: 1 Fiber Internet Access / 1 SDSL

On the FailOverGroup: the Fiber is correctly connected with VPN IPSec.

When I disconnect the Fiber access, the failover group doesn't switch to the SDSL link.

Before with SFOS 16.05.1 MR-1 it work.

The 17.5 Firmware has been released ?
