I've gone through this a few times: https://community.sophos.com/products/xg-firewall/f/vpn/75396/godaddy-ssl-certificate-for-user-portal but I am not getting anywhere. Our VPN portal certificate expired and was auto renewed through GoDaddy. GoDaddy only offers me the option to download the certificate and I choose 'Other'. I don't know how to convert it if it is an existing certificate that just needs renewed... do I need to rekey it? Should I have the private key saved somewhere so I can use it in OpenSSL? Any thoughts or suggestions would be appreciated.
