If XG is offline, will RED still work?

Question

So we have one XG210 in our data center, with a couple remote sites connected via RED15s. 
 In a couple months we will be moving our data center, so the XG will be offline for a while. Will these other sites still have Internet Access (with the XG offline) or will they be offline as well. 
 
 We are performing split-tunnel on all the REDs.

 Unfortunately, across all 3 operation modes (Standard/Unified, Standard/Split, and Transparent/Split) if the RED loses contact with the XG/UTM and the tunnel fails, the internet will be inaccessible for any devices behind the RED. 
 However , if you configured your setup in Manual/Split , your internal traffic will not be disrupted if the RED tunnel/hardware fails.
