Invalid traffic - Invalid connection helper

Hi All,

I try to connect FTP server which is outside but fail. After checking the log, it shows invalid traffic and the message is "Invalid connection helper. The policy I set is Lan to Wan and any any accept. I have tested another FTP server connection, the connection is successful. Do you have an idea about this problem?

    Hi LuCar Toni,

     

    Finally, I create a new firewall rule and test again, the relative log is gone. 

    The FTP Server can let me login, after login, no file and folder to show. I try to disable IPS service in the XG firewall and test again. The result is the same. But I have to used SG firewall and test the FTP connection to the same FTP server at the sometimes. everything is normal.

    I have no idea which function of XG firewall feature to block the connection.
