Open policy apps not loading?

Hi Ross,

Select Masquerading in the above firewall rule if you do not have the XG in the bridge mode. If it is a bridge implementation then select NONE in the Application Filter to bypass the proxy.

Hi I have tried none, still same issue. It's also in bridge mode

and show me the results of drop-packet capture and packetcapture; for the source IP address. Verify the firewall rule ID in the packetcapture logs is the same rule that we are looking in the screenshot.

Hi i have been checking the logs for drops when this happens but im unable to locate it. 

hence why im unable to resolve on my own

its not all traffic that is dropping, just the apps will not work eg:

ebay apps loads but images and links will not open.

gumtree the same images willnot load

microsoft new will not load full stop

teamviwer app is unable to login.

ok managed to find the connection for the microsoft app

its allowed yet the app does not load
