Arlo Cameras - Connection Failed when trying to stream video feed

I am having an issue with new Arlo camera. I am successfully able to access the cameras live video stream from my cell phone on the same vlan/wifi. But when trying to access from a PC on same VLAN/WiFi the only way I am able to get the stream to work is to disable HTTP scanning on LAN to WAN firewall rule. I am not seeing anything in the log viewer for something getting blocked.

    I think there is a previous thread on the same subject? Doo you use the same firewall rule for PC as your phone?

  • Hey, I did find that post but the other guy was unable to access the URL *.arlo.netgear.com via his laptop not the video stream issue I am having.

    I am using the same firewall rule, its possible the way the app accesses the live stream is different that the way you access it via the web page.

    Anyway I should be able to see a log of whats getting blocked in sophos XG when scan HTTP is turned on, then turn it off/add an exemption.
