Cannot access our Head office XG firewall if connected wired, can be accessed if wi-fi connected

This question might be dumb, but i am trying to access our head office firewall from my home for administration and i couldn't connect to it if i am connected by LAN cable; and oddly and

strangely enough, if i am connected via wi-fi i can access it. Could someone shed a light to this paranormal happening?

    Hi,

    you need to check your rules to see if you are limiting IP address access or depending on if you are using match users, how are you matching the users?
