Where is the getting started guide for Hyper-v and VMware virtual appliance

Question

I can't seem to find the getting started guide for Hyper-V or VMware. Can someone point me in the right direction?

These will (should) make their way to the sophos.com/documentation section soonish, but for now, most of this stuff is within the online HELP, under the various Appendix sections.. 
 
One section has the release notes, linking to the above document.
