Configuration Reset after Firmware Update

Hey Community,

I got a Issue with my Sophos xg 85 Firewall.

Everytime a new Firmware is loading and the Firewall reboots itself, the whole configuriation is reset on factory state.

Gratefully i made a Backup, but it´s still a waste of time.

Hi Markus,

What was the base version from where you have migrated to the present version? and what is the present version on the XG firewall that resets the configurations to default? An issue may arise if you have migrated from a non-released version or a Beta.

To investigate further, please send me the migration.log file, found in /log partition. Refer to, https://community.sophos.com/kb/en-us/123185
