Has anyone managed to reset the admin password on an XG firewall running in Azure?

To confirm, you tried the steps outlined in this KBA, but booting into the SFLoader doesn't display the options menu?

So yes I can get to step 5 but it never makes it to step 6.

I had seen that guide before.  Obviously in Azure your limited by the functionality of their Serial Console, but otherwise it seems to work ok.

Apologies for the delayed response. I was provided feedback that our team is looking to resolve this issue with the upcoming v17.5 release. But I am waiting for further confirmation.

Have you already joined our SFOS v17.5 EAP program?

Yes I have, although there doesn't appear to be an Azure variant of it for now (unless I've missed it)?

I also suspect it wouldn't help me with a firewall I can't get into?

For now I've created a new firewall and rebuilt so this isn't urgent but I would be interested to know anyway.
