We have XG85 Firewall device. Basic setup is complete But when I click the "resister device" we got a massage, "Sorry this device already registered". But point is sophos account opened by me & still I'm using internet throw the device. The admin panel is not open. Nothing can be done on the device.
When I'm hitting the Synchronize license option I'm watching " Device not Synchronize".
Please suggest me how to solve it.
