Internal Server Error

I've been having some problems with my XG on VMware recently so I decided to download the latest OVA (17.1 MR3) and restore my backup. That seemed to work great but after a while I can't get to the admin portal. It just says "Internal Server Error". Would like some guidance on which logs I should be looking at for this.

Yes, I'd have to reboot the XG and wait an hour or so. Page doesn't show anything but that text. It did this before I deployed a fresh one too.

Can you reset your Webadmin Certificate? Login via SSH and there is an option in one of those menu... I do not have a XG right now to point you.

I just tried it but it says "Failed to reset default web admin certificate"

This cert is still valid though and I've had it since Dec 17

Rebooted it and it's back online. I'll see how long it takes for this to happen again.

Can you share some screenshots of your Webadmin Config and the webadmin certificate?

I'm using a Let's Encrypt cert but I haven't had that problem since I rebooted it. It might have been a one time coincidence since this was a newly installed appliance vs my old one with a lot of issue. I'd say this is can be considered solved for now. Thanks for your help.

So this is back since yesterday. Getting internal server error on both admin and user portal. I can't VPN either. Traffic seems to be working but I don't have another way in and I'm out of town for a few days.
