T-Mobile CellSpot Wont Connect

Can't get my T-Mobile CellSpot to connect. I keep seeing dropped packets in the CLI.

Setup
Port3 - Zone: DMZ, IP: 192.168.5.200

Port3 - DHCP 192.168.5.1 - 192.168.5.10

CellSpot connected to Port3, IP 192.168.5.1

I keep getting the following error in the CLI:
