XG135 stuck at "Downloading Latest Firmware"

Hi guys,

I'm trying to setup at brand new XG135 and after selecting "Install the latest firmware automatically during setup" in the Initial Setup, the firewall is stuck at "Download Latest Firmware" for hours. Any suggestions would be highly appreciated.

Hello Aden,

Format the device in the firmware version to save time. You can also download the upgrade version (.gpg) in MySophos and update it manually.

Worked with a XG135 this week, worked fine.

"Maybe" you have an old version on the Xg135? REV3?

Thanks, @ManBearPig! Couldn't recall the version but yeah it may be. It was bought and keep in the box for a while! Anyway, just reboot and update the firmware manually. All good now!
