Mobile VPN to Site1 and also reach Site2

Is it possible to be able to connect via open vpn to site1, which has a site 2 site vpn to site2 and be able to reach th subnet on both site1 and 2 ?

My setup is 2 x sophos xg v17 home license appliances.

Here is a better description of what i like to achieve.

I have 2x 5505 ASA's which are working with hairpinning when connected with cisco anyconnect

I want to now i anybody has this solution working on 2x XG firewall with openVPN or another VPN client.

As far as i know, this should be possible. You have to insert the networks in the permitted Networks of SSL VPN and try it.
