In the nearly three years that we have been using Sophos XG appliances, we have had all the ones we have in the UK replaced (due to software issues rendering the hardware unable to boot, or crash very quickly once booted) and we are now into round two; our first appliance to be replaced has now been replaced a second time after lasting 18 months.
We significantly under stress the units and only upgrade firmware once it has been out of a month or so, don't use the mail relay any more and have a relatively simple rule set.
Is it just us or does anyone else have this sort of appalling luck?
