Reports and Traffic Insights suddenly stopped

I logged into XG today for the first time in a while and noticed there were no "Traffic Insights" on the control center dashboard.  I went to the reports and everything came back empty. I had to set the date back a few weeks to find any data. I was able to narrow down the window for when reporting stopped, but a review of the logs didn't show anything out of the ordinary for that time frame.  I've since tried the trouble shooting steps in this KB but nothing seems to change the situation. Firewall rules are logging, logs are present on the box, application filters are present and working, on-box-reporting is on, disk utilization is around 11%, ReportDB service is running, and flushing log content and system reboots have been done. Still no reports or traffic insights. Live users/connections are working fine. So are system graphs. All services are running and nothing is showing me any errors.

Any suggestions?
