Is Sophos Firewall Manager only for Partners ? Is there any option to manage XG firewalls centrally for end customers ?

There are two options "Right now". 
 You can use the Sophos Firewall Manager for Free with 5 devices. It is a ISO so you can host this OS by yourself. 
 You can bug a License for Sophos Firewall Manager for more then 5 Devices. 
 And your Partner can use the CFM (Central Firewall Manager). This option is partner only.
