GUI Packet Capture: Export?

I have captured packets with the GUI Packet Capture Tool. I now would like to export/download/save the captured data for offline analysis. The only instructions I have found are to download a pcap file that was generated from the console packet capture.

I would always use the PCAP version and open it in wireshark. It is much easier to get through the packet jungle with wireshark.

Yea I get that now, however I have a capture that was done with the GUI that I want to keep.
