Exceptions (MTA mode) loading ....

I created an exception for mail and when I go to the Policies and Exceptions page all it states is loading and nothing shows up. If I create a new one with the same name it says it exists.

Therefore there seems to be a bug. Has someone else seen this?

Here is an update. The above screenshot was taken when I used Chrome to access the page. I am not experiencing the issue with IE.
