XG FIREWALL EMAIL PROTECTION (PROXY MODE)

Hi All,

Previously my company is using cyberoam firewall. Recently just migrated to sophos xg310, during deployment we choose email proxy mode protection. However, MAC users having problems sending email when out of office. Whereas, Windows users don't have such issues. Anyone have similar experience? Appreciate if can share with me. Thanks.

I am not sure, which mode you are using.

MTA or Legacy? This is quite important, because the Legacy mode will perform a transparent proxy for the clients.
