I ha E a https link that accesses a web portal but it's not opening up.

how can I enable the https link to be accessed by users in the office

Hi,

please provide more information, eg XG version of software and hardware.

How long has this issue been happening?

What errors do you see on the screen and in the logviewer?

The model is Sophos XG 17(230)SFOS 17.1.2 MR-2 firewall and the link is

https://data.smartapplicationsgroup.com/ssp/login.jsp.

This is a new request from one of our service providers who requires our acocunts dept to access that web portal.

Hi James,

I tried that sateen Safari and firefox and it does not work. The problem would appear to be at their end, not yours.
