Quality Assured Documentation for XG (17.1.2 MR-2) available ?

Is the user able to log into the user portal? Does the user see the client or is the SSL VPN menu item missing?

Do you use Actice Directory integration or do you work with local users?

Did you create a SSL VPN group and did you add the user(s) which are allowed to use SSL VPN?

the user is able to log in the portal and can download the Authentication Clients.

I see the SSL VPN menu and i see the this text line -> (Download Client and Configuration for Windows).

I use a local user for the VPN Download.

I created a SSL VPN Group and added the user.

I used the sophos documentation (step by step).

I even created a sophos ticket 24hours ago ... (still waiting for a solution or a call back)

Can you explain in more detail, on which step it fails? 

So you can download the SSL VPN Config + Setup exe? Can you install it? Do you have any logs of the client or XG itself?

NO i can´t download anything ...

There is only the text link, nothing happens at a mouse click.

I tried, Edge, IE11, FireFox ..

Can you show us a screenshot of the Appliance - Certificate - Certificate Authorities ? 

And where did you get the appliance? 

I registered at Sophos, downloaded the iso file and installed on a Intel PC with Quad NIC.
I updated to the latest Release...

I entered my Trial Serial and started configuring from scatch with Documentation from Sophos.

Did you registered the Appliance or did you defer the registration?

Your Default CA is empty. This causes such Kind of issue. And an Empty Default CA should be fixed right now. Which Iso did you use? You said, you updated the appliance - Which Version to which? 

You can quickly fix this issue, if you click on the default CA and fill everything proper into it and press safe. Afterwards, it should work fine. 

Yes, appliance is registered at Sophos.

The ISO i used was downloaded at 03.09.2018 "SW-17.1.2_MR-2-225.iso" from Sophos.
I installed with this iso and upgrade to the latest release.

Why is a Default CA empty AND valid ?!?

Can you tell me why sohops support is not able to solve such Problems?
I have a ticket open for 36h and no one gets in contact with me.

I just received a Standard mail asking for some remote Access to the appliance ..

Did you gave the support the remote access to the appliance? 

They check such thing like empty default CA and explain to you, how to fix this. Like we did here. 

Yes i gave them a remote Access, but i was waiting for 44h now and Nothing happens…
They didn`t checked anything at all.

This doesn´t help much in a decision for a new Firewall.

Does it work now after filling in the Default CA?
