Captive portal not prompting

Hi, im using captive portal, but sometimes it doenst prompt, so i have to enter the ip of the firewall to log in manually (192.168.110.3:8090) so i want to know if there is a way to set a name instead of the ip, something like login.something (or at least something:8090)

    Can be more specific on "Sometimes"? 

    When does this happen? Is it often? Can you reproduce it?

    I have had this with UTM as well, I get the user to restart their phone, and all is fine then, this has been usually after an update to the phone. Not sure why though.

    XG & UTM Architect (Systems: XG v18 & UTM 9.7 - Virtual, HW & SW)
    Curious enough to take it apart, skilled enough to put it back together, Clever enough to hide the extra parts when I'm Done!
