XG Cloud Application Classification Reset

Hi all :)

I have an XG 230 device running the latest SFOS 17.1.2 MR-2. I was going through the list of detected Cloud Applications and classifying them as "tolerated", "unsanctioned", etc. based on our existing organization internet usage policies.

It seems that ever since I undertook this little bit of fiddling with the new feature, however, the XG has been warning of low performance, and the interface has been more sluggish than usual. The load average hasn't increased notably since making the changes, and CPU and RAM usage don't seem adversely effected, but the warning and sluggish response persists. This started with 17.1.1 MR1, so I have since updated and restarted the device.

In order to troubleshoot, I thought it would be easiest to reset these classifications to the default "new" on all the applications. I've had a look through the device and not found a way to do this as a bulk "reset" action. All I can see to do is to manually set each one to "New" by filtering by the different classifications and going through one by one.

Is there a way to do this as a bulk action that I have missed? Has anyone encountered this before, and has anyone else experienced any performance issues associated with this new feature?

Thanks in advance :)
