Firewall Performance Degraded

Since, few weeks the performance of the firewall is showing as exclamation mark on dashboard.

Load is around 2.8 but still the performance is degraded.

 

 

 

 

 

I cannot see why it is under diagnostics->log viewer->system->CPU

    Comparing yours to mine, I get lower average on the GUI than you do, I suspect your load is quite high and that is why you are seeing an orange warning.

    There is still head room, you might need to tune your XG rules and policies too see a reduction in the load.

    Or pay for a system specialist to tune it for you.

    I was getting this a lot with my old XG230. Same sort of spikes in Load and mine were in the middle of the night when no users were here etc.

    I had the XG crash a few times and Sophos replaced it with a warranty XG230 and since then I don't have the performance issues.

    I posted about my spikes here but no resolution.

    I also run the latest firmware.
