The SG UTM supports the rejection of mails at SMTP time. In the actual XG demo there are options to reject mails in the General Settings (SMTP Settings and Advanced SMTP settings), but it doesn't explicitly states "reject at SMTP time". So will affected mails be rejected at SMTP time or bounced?
Another question which only Sophos can answer i suppose: In V17.1, there is a new option for users to add senders to an individual block list via the user portal. Why will these mails be quarantined and not rejected? It doesn't make sense. If the user examines his quarantine he will see mails from the blocked senders which makes the option useless.
